Interview process was fine. Mostly asked regular interview questions. However, never heard a word after the interview. It is now 6 weeks later and not even an email to say thank you but no thank you. Disappointed to say the least

Experience, how would you add to team, what do you hope to show in your personality etc
Fast and decent process, judged fairly and good communication. First a call with the Head of HR and than in person interviews with the Partners and the rest of the team. This included all associates and assistants and a short show around of the premises.
The timing of the process is longer than expected. The questions are typical for this type of interview, the manager read the questions from a piece of paper. The interview itself didn't last long.
