There are first HR interactions and then first round that is technical. However HR scheduled the interview on wrong day and forgot to inform interviewers. The first round was conducted after pushing them to conduct it same day as it is difficult to take leave or fit the interview in schedule again and again. First round was then conducted adhoc post 7 pm. The interviewers seemed not very happy and they kept on asking on why I want to join Bajaj. Explicitly told me that they will have dinner and go back home work again. The work life balance is that bad and clearly communicated by them. Not very pleasant experience to hear on work life imbalance from interviewers but great that they were transparent.

Took few rounds and kept my profile on hold. They mentioned they were not sure if I would relocate. But I was okay to relocate and communicated the same in my interview as well. Also, 6 day week etc., Not so professional
