This was the weirdest process I've ever done. So at first I made a ton of online tests, including english, logical tests (very hard ones, including non-verbal logical reasoning). Next step was specific tests: IT Sales (you must know Dev market, including knowing which sort of developer is cheaper or best: C+, Java, Ruby, Go, etc), Project Management and Personality test. Third phase was a Practical Case, you must answer what to do in a given situation (IT recruiting-related). After those, I was given a good feedback and went to the next phases. I got two subsquent interviews with the company managers, and strangely enough they repeated the same questions from some of the tests, but you had to answer verbally to them. They sounded a bit robotic. In the end I was given a feedback that they liked me but they found someone else. At the time I was still thrilled to get to work in an IT consulting firm so I asked whether I could get a chance in another position but never had an answer. Oh well.
