O primeiro contato com a empresa foi super tranquila e marcou imediatamente a entrevista técnica na semana seguinte. A entrevista foi mais uma avaliação de personalidade do que conhecimento técnico a vaga, algo que priorizei na semana em questão.

Very unprofessional interview process. They ask for a significant amount of personal and professional information, then tell you that you will receive an update within two days. After that, they simply stop responding and provide no follow-up whatsoever. A lack of communication and respect for candidates' time reflects poorly on the company.

I first completed an assessment, followed by three interviews with different team members. The process was very organized and professional, and it clearly demonstrated how rigorous the company is in selecting the best talent to join their team.
