They reached me several times, and although I always replied they only followed up once. They sent me a bunch of tests to do and explained that it was for no specific role, the role would be dependant on my profile. After doing the tests I had a few phone calls and they made me a logic test over the phone. But unfortunately, I decided not to continue as the role they had available for me was not really what I was looking so I declined.

I recall it was an exercise with basketballs, basically a math exercise, at first I was very nervous but the interviewer was really helpful and helped me get it right by calming my nerves.
The interview process consisted of an initial screening call that was well-structured and efficient. Beatriz was incredibly personable and easy to speak with, which made the conversation feel natural and engaging. The discussion covered my background, experience, and alignment with the role, and I appreciated the clear communication and professionalism throughout. She also followed up promptly with an email noting she would be in touch regarding potential next steps, which reinforced a positive candidate experience.

first interview with a recruiter - no behavioral questions, strictly logistics. interviewer went through the process asked about travel and resume, then went to the compensation package as well the interview process.
