Initial interview was with Talent Acquisition. They provided a thorough overview of the company and job description. They were able to answer my questions around company culture, team structure, compensation, and deferred deeper questions about the ways of working (in the specific role) to the next interview. The process was laid out in a clear and logical fashion.

Entretien
Interview process was seamless. There was an online scheduling tool that allowed for you to select a date and time that worked best. I received an invite with the Zoom link as well as details on what the BairesDev hiring process entailed to view beforehand. The Talent Acquisition Associate was friendly and engaging asking the general questions and allowing time for any Q&A from me. Overall, a very smooth and inviting experience.
