The process was pretty smooth, we went from the usual personal presentation to talking a lil bit bout the job experience and expectations. There was the obvious English test.. I made some high level question that the interviewer was unable to answer, so I'll prolly will have to make them to someone at a higher position.

The recruiter explained about the each step in the process. This is the first step and we talked about my carrier and get an overview about the company. The conversation was very calm and strict to the points, with no wasting of time (great!). We had some logic and behavior questions.
