I submitted an online application and 3 weeks later they contacted me to a phone interview (screening) about my academic and job related skills. Then a phone interview with a senior analyst a week later. It was technical interview. The questions were technical about valuation models, economy forecast, best macroeconomic policies, best stocks,..etc.
