I met with multiple levels of the organization from analyst to MD. It was a combination of behavioral and technical questions with some of the interviews more focused on DCFs / valuation methodologies. They seemed to focus on leadership experience and prior work situations.

Online assessment, interview with director, two interviews with analysts. Cared deeply about understanding of markets and how you followed them. Also spoke on how you evaluated a stock and built conversation from there. Recruiter had very transparent communication and was extremely supportive throughout the process.

Very thorough but enjoyable. I liked everyone who interviewed me, and they all were quite friendly. Having some higher ups also in the last round of interviews was a great experience.
