had a phone interview and then got asked for an in person interview and traveled up to Milwaukee for it. it lasted three hours in total and i ended up meeting with multiple MDs, associates, etc

Had an hour-long phone call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with a panel of 3 bankers then an in-person interview with the same 3 people. Was fairly relaxed, seemed like they were desperate to hire someone.
