Three to four rounds of interviews: one with the hiring manager, another round with peers, a case interview, and a final interview with a member of Practice senior leadership. They were pretty standard behavioral interview questions and the case interview was not too heavily quantitative given the role isn't actually on the general consulting side.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I think they are looking for people with experience and a passion for learning. They also want to know you you can take feedback and give feedback.
