J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bain & Company en mars 2009
Entretien
The interview was a typical consulting interview. The interviews ask questions to put you on the spot and see your thinking process. It is not too difficult if you can think on your feet. One of the questions that were asked was: How many ping-pong balls fit in a 747. There is no right answer, they just want to see your thought process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How many ping pongs can fit in the overhead compartments of a 747?
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
The interview was overall efficiently run and very professional. It had 2 stages; a case interview typical of management consuting interviews and a fit interview to assess cultural fit with the firm.
