Hiring Process consisted of two rounds, each had 2 back-to-back 40 min case interviews. Bain assigned to each candidate a "buddy" to assist us with the application process and provide some guidance while preparing for interviews. Overall the process was very smooth, the team was helpful and supportive and gave constructive feedback after each interview. A true testament of Bain's incredible culture.
