Entretien
There is a math-heavy case interview for 30 minutes, then a 10 minute behavioral interview, and 5 minutes for questions. Then you repeat this process with another interviewer. How well this goes depends on your confidence going into it, don't be afraid to defend your answers. Also each interviewer has a very distinct style so it's good to focus on their facial expressions for the first few minutes to see if your style is compatible or if you need to mix it up.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

2nd long case with a deck to read and prepare answers..45 mins to read, 15 mins to answer
Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
