Pretty straightforward process first round was an analytical and written case. Then 2 rounds of interviews. The first round with project leaders and the final with partners. It is importan to study the best approach to consulting interviews, read Case In Point or similar. They are looking for structure good maths skills and outside of the box thinker

2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
