I was advised to apply at this university by a friend. I went through the regular hiring process. I sent my C.V to the hiring authority and they reviewed it. That took some rime. I was called for an interview after two weeks. the interview was basically about the subject I was going to teach. there were no problems there because being the top student of my university and also a position holder my references were excellent. After the interview I was told that I would be informed about its outcome within two weeks. I got the calls in that time and was selected. The people at Bahria are humanitarian and extremely diligent with regard to their jobs. The environment is friendly and relaxed. Punctuality is a requisite there and is adhered to very strictly.

better but biased. Very well, still no response. pathetic attitude. one panelist was biased about students from NUST. typical questions, but panel was biased, there were less number of openings, so 1 candidate was already selected. rest was drama, show off that we are following merit etc.
