Applied online, got called the next for an interview during that week. Interviewed by two managers and the GM, got an email days later saying I got the job.

Fill out an application in store and return it and wait to get a call for an interview, go in for interview, they hand you a paper with a list of questions on it to fill out and then once you've completed it the general and assistant managers go over it with you and offer you the job on the spot or will call you back if you get it.
