One on one. easy questions, mostly about my educational history, climbing and outdoors background. I was also asked about technical knowledge in the areas of footwear, climbing, camping, and backpacking.

Entretien
Apply at backwoods.com and select whichever store you're applying for. Submit an application and if the managers at the respective store think you could be a good fit, you'll get called in for an interview. Interviews are normally held by the manager and the assistant manager. If things go well, it will last 45-60 min.
