Recruiter reached out to me via e-mail for a phone interview which we were able to schedule the same week. I had a great conversation with recruiter and immediately scheduled a call with the hiring manager (VP of Marketing). Approximately 2 weeks later I went in for in-person interviews with Marketing team and a few folks from other departments. They were very upfront about them speaking to several other candidates and let me know of their decision (to go with another candidate) fairly quickly. Seems like a great company and great team where a culture fit is just as valued as background/experience. Team looks happy. It was a positive experience.
