It was very relaxed and based on conversation over all else, didn't feel as intimidating as other interviews. Interviewer was more focused on how I could contribute to the team and overall work environment, rather than focusing on just previous work experience and knowledge. Really felt they were trying to get to know me as a person and a worker.

Entretien
I applied on the company website, I heard back from a recruiter within a few hours to set up a phone screen. The phone screen was pretty basic and not hard. They brought me on site and I only met with the recruiter, again not a very deep interview. Behavioral interview questions.
