RH reached out me for a vacant and to schedule a 1st interview, then RH asked me about other meeting for a Case presentation with other SA leaders at BackBase. I did the presentation and everything was fine. After couple of weeks the offer was sent to me with start day proposal, I accepted and some documents were sent to sign them and start my onboarding process.

Reached out to me on Linked In. Went through the JD, 3 rounds of interviews, Plus a "case round". It's a highly technical company, but overall is a good process.

3 stage process, step 1 with hr, step 2 with hiring manager and final interview is case presentation. I received feedback the very same day for all the steps. The case presentation is quite challenging i should say.
