The interview process was good and it was fast. When I needed to prepare the case study, they gave me enough information, and helped me and did follow up with me. Also the time they gave me to prepare was fair. However, they didn't explain much how the onboarding process would be after I received the offer letter -- such as how I receive my PC (they did not ask me preferred keyboard language, How it will be delivered and when. And I end up receiving the PC with European Plug and could not use it right away), how I receive my insurance card, and how they can support me for tax filing and certain documents to submit to the employment office, 401K treatment etc. Even though I had over a month to start, I appreciated if they could explain all about it right after the offer letter. I was a little bit anxious if they had capability to do all the process in Japan as they just established the office and also I was aware that HR/Payroll/Legal were not based in Japan. If they could improve this process, the experience would be better.

Communication with the Talent Acquisition team was smooth and I felt truly considered throughout the candidate journey. Overall, the interview process was quite quick. I am very happy with how the interviews went, they were interesting and fun!
