The interview process was seamless. From recruitment to the evaluations, the experience was straightforward and clear. Backbase kept me posted of the progress, and what was coming next. It was a great experience.

The process was quite transparent. I had an intro call, followed by a test. After I received positive feedback about the test additional 2 interviews had been scheduled. The process was super smooth and easy to follow since Backbase communicated all the steps beforehand.
