I was first welcomed and interviewed by two engineers that currently are on the mobile team. They asked me technical questions about the decisions that I had made in my assignment. They also asked deeper questions related to architecture, data types and problem solving. They also allowed time for me to ask about their experience as Mobile Engineers at Backbase. After this I had a second interview with 2 managers. This revolved mostly around the culture at the Backbase office, my personal experience in my previous jobs and how I would handle some specific situations.
