First call from HR. Next call from technical guy. And last stage for me technical assignment - build web application for REST call with Apache Camel :) Failed due to not sufficient tests coverage :) Looks like fake (free job?) or kidding for me. They keep silent until i saw same position online and shoot email for update - not fair. Please Backbase read articles on how long feedback should come to job seeker.
Reached out to me on Linked In. Went through the JD, 3 rounds of interviews, Plus a "case round". It's a highly technical company, but overall is a good process.

3 stage process, step 1 with hr, step 2 with hiring manager and final interview is case presentation. I received feedback the very same day for all the steps. The case presentation is quite challenging i should say.

Interview process conducted over 4 rounds. Initial screening interview with HR. Followed by a technical interview. A case study was then presented to a broader group. Final interview the hiring manager.
