The interview process was normal. I interviewed with the Litigation Paralegal Manager and I had the opportunity to meet the 2 most senior Paralegals who had been with the firm for 2 years and the other for 5 years.

Interviewed by two associates that (with all due respect) don't know as much about the practice of law YET than I have forgotten over my career. Then the firm has failed to follow-up. It is flat out disrespectful and I will be offering my services to their oppoent in their upcoming trial!

No real questions, Associates were unprepared for interview, and Company misled me with who I would be meeting with sadly....
