Initial phone interview to establish prior experience and instruments I would be interested in teaching.
The follow-up interview involved visiting the school in person and playing a few pieces from the Bach to Rock curriculum on my primary instrument.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly straightforward and focused on evaluating core musicianship skills. It included assessing instrument proficiency, basic music reading abilities, and overall playing technique, as well as a review of fundamental music theory concepts to ensure a solid foundational understanding.

Entretien
The process took about a week.
Phone call screening followed by an in-person interview a few days later.
In the in-person interview they asked me about my music background, why I'm interested in teaching, if I had any prior teaching experience, among other music education related questions. It was then followed by a very short music performance with my instrument.
