Quick and thorough, lighthearted. Went through a two step interview with their bar manager and main manager for a new location. Was an open interview opportunity, was hired within a few days via email.
There was an initial interview with the GM. They asked me to come back for a stage trial shift that lasts about 4 hours that is paid. If they see that you hustle, you will be offered the position.
