There were two parts of the interview that I was not made aware about. I was interviewed by four different people in two parts. I found the amount of questions that were asked were overwhelming. The office looked very laid back.
There's a time in which you have to set out new procedures into place how would you go about it. If people weren't motivated how would you get them to put it into place? If managers weren't bothered about it how would you go about putting it into place?
