Nothing rigorous. They want it to seem rigorous by asking you to come to their office for 2-3 rounds of interviews. But if your pedigree is good and you are able to talk reasonably well, rest assured that you will get through. Make sure you read up on the internet about Marketing and Sales a bit before you go so that you don't stutter. If the interview seems to go haywire, tell them you are willing to work in diverse profiles.

I applied online, got a call for interview. It consisted of two Personal interviews, Both HR. Still waiting for results. They should announce the results the same day. No or Yes, doesn't matter. But results should be announced to everyone who qualified for final round.
