Entretien
They reached me via LinkedIn, first interview with HR, second with Sales Manager and CEO. They only asked about the brands I worked for and tried to make me commit to reach the same numbers. This is almost impossible, as I worked for very popular brands while BY FAR is very small and cannot expect to reach these numbers. They were very vague about marketing, looks like their only strategy to support sales is Instagram. They offer only fixed salary, no commission.

Who have you worked for? How much money did you make for brand A and B?
There are two levels of interviews. Firstly you meet with HR and this is followed up by an interview with the manager of the department you are applying for. Interview process is straightforward and you would benefit a lot if you are pro-active.
