1st interview on the phone, some tech questions (Java standard questions + processes, other technologies); 2nd interview through Skype - programming, focusing on how you think, not exactly providing a solution (always good though if you can solve too); 3rd interview, final - face to face at their office, mostly to meet you, you have a coffee with 2 employees and can ask questions but they would never warn you with real issues;
