I happened to be looking for an internship position and reached out to a BTSDI employee and got an interview. The first interview was online and the interviewer was genuine and efficient. I didn't realise that at the end of the interview I was required to complete a case study task, asking me to do a version of UX/UI design within a week, which was quite unreasonable. However, in the end, I only completed the most basic task requirements and they never contacted me again.
