Went through an HR interview, several interviews with their senior consultants/principals, ended with a final round that included a presentation. The initial interviews were all on the phone or through skype. The presentation had a challenging Q&A session but was ultimately focused on your executive presence. Everyone at the firm spoke highly of the company culture.

Lovely interviewers, classic scenario of never hearing from them again after being told they'll get back to you next week. I first had a 45 min call with a consultant, focusing on behavioural aspects, followed by a presentation to the most senior member of the London Office. I was tasked with presenting a SWAT analysis for Airbus and after a productive conversation, I never heard back from them. No feedback, no replies from HR. They claim energetic and inclusive culture but they struggle email candidates back

complex process that wasn't very well explained. Seemed rather arbitrary and not a lot of time to prepare. Seemed like it was unreasonable. Not sure the rationale for it all.
