Started with a phone screen with HR, followed by an additional phone call with a Sr. Business Analyst. Final rounds took about 2-2.5 hrs and included individual interviews with another BTM Sr. Business Analyst, a Delivery Manager, and a Solution Architect/Manager. From phone screen to final round the process took about 3-4 weeks. I accepted an offer with a different firm before BTM completed interviewing the remainder of the candidates for this role.
