Recruiter connected through LinkedIn and asked to share cv for one matching profile. Two rounds of Interview happened .. recruiter said Hiring Manager happy to proceed. Now in the last 2 weeks there has been no response ..now the recruiter is saying Hiring Manager is trying for approval etc .. Now it feels like I have wasted my last 6 weeks ..so be careful even after a successful interview they may say .." Sorry" so please do have an alternative before resignation.
