It was 30 min introductory 1st stage interview (within this interviewer had to check his door twice). He asked explain my past projects which I explained. However he kept saying that we are only going to do customer churn nothing extra. My cv should have most of information about my 4 years of experience and phd level studies. If you want to do only customer churn then why interview a person who has research based experience. When I asked question, are thinking of using NLP techniques around customer reviews ? He said NO. It felt like waste of time.

There were no good interview question apart from tell me about your experience. It showed how BT does not want to do anything innovative and still very behind in technology

I had two rounds of interviews. The first round I was interviewed by the Director of my team and a Data Scientist, the second round I was interviewed by a Lead Machine Learning Engineer who was more techie.
First round was some general questions about past experience plus a bit of technical questions.
Second round starts with a take home assignment, followed by a full blown technical interview.

Cloud - basic questions only
Ml - basic to medium level questions
Although it was not tough and interviewer was also very good
