The application was very straight forward. After completion, you are invited to the Video interview stage which consists of 4 very simple questions. It was over so quickly that I can't remember the exact questions, but were along the lines of

What is good customer service to you?
The interview was good and very engaging. Explained alot about the role and what would be required on a day to day basis including questions about personal experience from previous career roles.
