Four rounds; aptitude test, extempore, operations interview and HR interview. But the HR round was disastrous. There's one so called "staffing specialist" in Gurgaon office who has absolutely no professional ethics and behaves like a kindergarten teacher. Guys don't expect the standards of a global company from this office. They asked for candidates having atleast two years experience in the operations round and said that they're looking for entry level candidates in the HR round. The worst thing is that they offered me a package almost 20% less than my last CTC!!! I'm sorry but I only have one word for the HR - CHEAP! You can't hire a street vendor, losers!

Multiple stages , but easy to moderate level, freshers can easily ace it. The HR is very friendly and supportive. It’s easy to clear all the stage for an associate
