J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 7 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez BT Group (South Shields, Angleterre) en juin 2017
Entretien
There were several stages of the process.
The first stage was obviously applying for the job itself.
Second stage- The situational test online, which was a series of multiple choice questions, basically asking you how you'd react to certain situations, to get a clearer idea on the type of character you are.
Third stage- This was an interactive Skype Interview, the questions are generated by a computer. You can have as many practice questions as you like. Each question then pops up and you have a minute to think about what you are going to say.
Fourth stage- This is the assessment day, this consisted of several different activities, there were 6 candidates taking part on the assessment day, however its important to note that each person was going for different jobs within BT, so you're not in direct competition. We all entered a room, where there was around 7-8 assessors awaiting us, we started off with the usual ice breakers, stating our names, locations etc. Then came the first task which was a group discussion on how BT could increase their customers, this lasted for ten minutes, the assessors then asked questions at the end. The second task was the interview with a patch manager , this lasted around 20 minutes and was fairly straight forward, as long as you were prepared. The final activity was a short ten minute presentation, an email was sent to us a few weeks before the assessment day, it asked us to think how BT could improve the world through communications, this is a one to one presentation and again the key is to prepare. After the whole process we were told we would find out in the next two weeks if we were successful, I found out a week later that I was successful and my contract was sent through to start in October 2017. The overall process is fairly long, I applied for the job around January 2017 and the final stage (the assessment day) was in June 2017
