Entretien
A short written test on engineering basics and English competency. Next was a tour of the production facility. We were told to create a presentation related to the industry. Interviews commenced after lunch and each candidate was interviewed for over 30mins.
3 step process.
1. Written exam - 60 minutes
Question from the basics of mechanical engineering, some questions from English and Bangla.
- Then full industry visit. They showed where well, the candidates, will work, what is the the process.
2. Presentation - they will provide 40-50 minutes to prepare a slide for presentation.
3. Interview - first, the slide have to be presented. Then, interview starts.
It takes full day for all those activities.

It has one written exam and two interview, they are very fare with their procedure. No reference actually worka here.so qualification and confidence is the main thing.so be confident and best of luck
