J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez BSI (Milton Keynes, Angleterre) en janv. 2018
Entretien
Gruelling four hour "interview" that started with about thirty of us being herded into a conference room for a brief introduction to the company and the morning's schedule.
The herd was then split into three groups and ushered into their respective activities.
The first, like being back a school, was sat in a 'classroom' with an infinitely long multiple choice test full of tedious, generic auditing questions.
Next came the group activity. Basically a group of four of us had to 'design' our ideal town. We were given a fictitious budget to create housing, amenities, transport etc. using a simple map and cutout photos of various buildings. Then, surprise, surprise, midway through, the 'budget' got cut and we had to re-evaluate our plan. I'm not exactly sure what this silly exercise is supposed prove? Teamwork? Ability to change direction? Work under pressure? Mathematics? I've not been subjected to this kind of garbage since the early 90's.
Finally came the train wreck that is the competency based interview. One of those awful techniques that's supposed to prove you are competent by basically testing your ability to drag up ancient, barely significant, events in your career and massively embellish them with fictitious details in the hope that you can twist the facts into something which attempts to answer stupid questions like "Tell me about a time when you showed integrity and professionalism"
The interview was very one sided in that they only seemed interested in how you could fit their requirements, with no consideration as to whether the role was right for you. I came away not really knowing what the role actually involved.
At the end of the four hour slog I came away with the feeling that working at BSI would be like becoming just another Drone from Sector G.
Unsurprisingly I wasn't offered a job - and to be honest, I felt like I'd dodged a bullet.

Question 1
Pick any boiler plate 'competency' question from a Google search and it was some variation of that.
