First round on campus, 30 mins with a mix of behavioral, technical (valuation and accounting), and two short "cases". The cases were over litigation topics, not traditional management consulting cases. Second round at office, 4 or 5 hours in total with the senior staff who dealt with litigation. 6 interviews in total. Questions were mostly behavioral although there were accounting and finance questions throughout. There was an excel test, however they walked you through it as none of the interviewees could figure it out. They seem like they really wanted someone passionate about economic consulting. MDs were very friendly you could tell they were passionate about their work.
