I spoke to BRG representatives at my school career fair, submitted my resume to them, and also applied for the job listing on my college's career portal. I received an interview request a week after. I interviewed on-campus with two consultants who asked about my resume, had me go through an exhibit, and asked me to explain statistics concepts in layperson vernacular. I received a job offer the next day.

Consisted of a technical/case part and behavioral part. Case was very generic and more focused on answering broad analytical questions. Behavioral was straightforward and asking about experiences working with data and where your interest in BRG stems from.
