But they're an expanding firm, so I assume I got lost in the shuffle. I would just be wary if you are applying to have clear timeline expectations in advance. I had the last MD tell me they'd get back to me the following week, and radio silence even after following up with the recruiter. Can they afford to treat candidates that way? Well, sure. But that doesn't mean they ought to.
