Great experience. Average difficulty.
Spoke with a recruiter on campus, got a phone interview on the next day, then Skype to write some code at the end of the week, went onsite the following week. People at BC are super nice!

Entretien
Two phone interviews. One with HR, one with hiring manager. Both phone interviews were casual and informative, great communication overall. Next was an on-site interview lasting about 4 hours so be prepared to get grilled. Each interview was an hour long with four different engineers. Each interview being fairly different depending on the personality of the interviewer but all of them asked insightful questions and scenarios. Very much interested in the thought process and some turned into great conversations.
