Simple. No drug test. They hire anyone and everyone and end up weeding people out.
Now you have to do an application and assessment online. You get a raise after 90 or 1st certification.

It was very quick and I feel like they did not try to get to know me. The questions themselves were fine but they seemed disinterested in who I was as a person and what I can bring to the table.

Quick and easy process. Got a call from a very friendly woman at BPL Temple Terrace who immediately invited me to come interview. I had no issues with this process whatsoever. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
