The process was very difficult. The team was helpful and I was excited about applying, but there was a lot to learn in such a short period of time. I gave it my effort but still didn't get accepted.

They wanted me to give a demo lesson. The time to prepare was not very long, about 1 week. It was challenging because the system is complex.
It was a quick interview. The interviewer was very conversational. They talked about their expectations and asked about my experience. We also discussed practical matter such as schedule and pay. There were practice teaching questions as well.

They have adjusted the interview process several times, so even when you find information on what to expect online you can't be sure it's up to date. They also left out key information in the training lesson (which was shared with another new hire) and wouldn't take responsibility for that. It was supposed to be paid training, but I only received it after complaining... however I did receive it.
