A very friendly, casual interview. Openness about the role on offer and the expectations of me were I to be offered the position. Detailed overview of the working processes & kitchen hierarchy. Declined the role as I felt it was disingenuous to post a salary figure that included tronc & tip payments, rather than the basic salary.
