The interview Process is 3 fold 1) GD - you'll be given 3 mins to prepare on a topic. Be loud cause many candidates wont get a chance to express their point. 2) Technical Round- No big deal Just few Basic questions about the Investments and Financial markets, Especially Shares, Hedge funds, derivatives and Market types 3) HR Round - Same question for all Are you ready to work in night shift? convince me! After this a HR will give you a call after weeks for me they took 6 weeks so once you attended the interview ( only when they didn't rejected you on spot), forget the whole thing and attend other interviews, cause they take very long time to process. Don't cling on to them they'll call when they feel like calling. Starting Salary is very low 2 lac per Annum
